Massage a few drops as needed to lower abdomen for stomach ache or cramps. Poor circulation apply 2 to 3 drops to butt area above sitting bone and 3 drops to back of neck. Apply 3 drops to lower back for menstrual cramps. Arthritic joints & pulled muscles apply 3 drops on back of neck, and 3 drops to butt area. Apply directly to joints as needed.
